The Reed Intermediate School is located 1 mile west of Exit 11, I-84; or ½ mile east of the intersection of Rte. 25 and Wasserman Way, at the corner of Trades Lane and Wasserman Way.  Watch for signs.  Directions from various areas follow:

Directions:

From Massachusetts and Eastern Connecticut:
   Mass Pike WEST to I-84 WEST through Hartford to Exit 11/Newtown.  At end of off- ramp, turn LEFT onto Wasserman Way.  Go WEST for 1 mile; at traffic light, turn RIGHT into Trades Lane and LEFT into school driveway.
 
From Maine:
   Take I-95 South to I-495 South to Mass Pike (I-90).  Proceed as from Mass. above.

From New Hampshire:
   Take I-91 South to Mass. Pike and proceed as from Mass. above.

From Vermont:
   Take I-87 South to Mass. Pike and proceed as from Mass. above.

From Rhode Island:
   Take I-95 West to Bridgeport area, then follow Route 25 North to stop light at corner of Wasserman Way (green sign says Correctional Center; highway signs say to Rte 34 and I-84) turn RIGHT on Wasserman Way and go 1/2 mile to stop light at Trades Lane, turn LEFT on Trades Lane and proceed as above.

From Cape Cod:
   Take Route 6 West to Route 25 North to I-495.  Go North to Mass Pike to Exit 9 (Sturbridge), West on I-84 and get off at Exit 11.  Proceed as for Mass/CT above. 

From Pennsylvania:
   Take I-80 East to I-287 North and East to Tappan Zee Bridge; or take I-78 East to I-287 North and East to Tappan Zee Bridge; or take I-76 (Pa. Turnpike) to I-276 to New Jersey Turnpike.  Go North on NJ Turnpike to Garden State Parkway.  Go North on Garden State Parkway to I-287 EAST, then onto Tappan Zee Bridge.  Cross Hudson River, go EAST on I-287 to junction with I-684.  Go NORTH on I-684 to Exit 9E (Danbury), EAST on I-84 through Danbury to Exit 11.  At end off-ramp turn LEFT on Wasserman Way and proceed as for Mass/CT above.

From Upstate New York:
   Take I-81 South to I-84 East.  Go East through Danbury to Exit 11.  At end of off ramp, turn LEFT on Wasserman Way and proceed as for Mass/CT above.

From Long Island, Manhattan, Westchester County, NY:
   Use I-684 NORTH to Exit 9E (Danbury), RIGHT onto I-84 through Danbury to Exit 11.  At end of off ramp, turn LEFT on Wasserman Way and proceed as for Mass/CT above.

From New Jersey:
  Cross Hudson River on the Tappan Zee Bridge, go EAST on I-287 to junction for I-684.  Go NORTH on I-684 to Exit 9E (Danbury), EAST on I-84 through Danbury to Exit 11, and proceed for as above for Mass/CT above.

From Western Fairfield County:
   Take Route 7 NORTH to Danbury, join I-84 EAST, go to Exit 11 and proceed as above for Mass/CT above.

From Eastern Fairfield County:
   Take Route 25 NORTH from Bridgeport area to Newtown.  At stop light at Wasserman Way (green signs say Correctional Center and Horse Guard; highway sign says To I-84), turn RIGHT onto Wasserman Way and go 1/2 mile to stop light at Trades Lane.  Turn LEFT onto Trades Lane and LEFT into school driveway.

From New Haven Area:
   Take Route 34 NORTH to traffic light at Wasserman Way (green signs say Mile Hill Road ({same as Wasserman Way}), Correctional Facility and Horse Guard).  Turn LEFT onto Wasserman Way and go 1 mile to traffic light at Trades Lane.  Turn RIGHT into Trades Lane and LEFT into school driveway.

VENDOR UNLOADING:  Watch for sign at first LEFT off Trades Lane; door leading directly into Cafetorium/show location will be marked.  When unloading is complete, please move your vehicle to the long-term parking lot—second LEFT off Trades Lane.

LONG-TERM PARKING IS LOCATED AT THE REAR OF THE SCHOOL COMPLEX.
